TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions that you agree to when you use our services.

ACCOUNT POLICIES

All hosting and website services are charged 1 year in advance and are non-refundable.
All website updates and extra services will be charged on a 30-day invoice.
Overdue invoices will incur a 10% late charge.
Unpaid Account Balances over 90 days will be sent for collection and may result in the suspension of all services.
Domain name registration and hosting may be affected if your account is suspended for any reason.

DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS

Domain name registrations are paid yearly in advance and are non-refundable.
Domains ultimately remain the property of the Domain Registration Services.
Domain names are usually registered for a minimum of 1 year but can be registered for longer periods if required.
You (the domain registrant) own the rights of use on a domain name as long as your account is in good standing.
If a domain name renewal is not paid for in a timely manner, it may be sent to recoveries which could incur further costs.
If a domain registration lapses, the domain may be recovered by the relevant Domain Authorities and reissued elsewhere.
Unpaid Account Balances over 90 days will be sent for collection and may result in the suspension of all services.

HOSTING SERVICES

Hosting services are paid yearly in advance and are non-refundable.
Hosting services may be disrupted if account balances are not paid in full within 30 days.
Unpaid Account Balances over 90 days will be sent for collection and may result in the suspension of all services.

PROOFING DISCLAIMER

You, the client are solely responsible for the accuracy, correctness and legal/regulatory compliance of all copies and content, whether supplied by the client or by UK Web Management or its affiliates or by a third party.

By publishing your site or any content, you agree that you have checked all of the content and it is correct, suitable and ready for publication on the internet.

ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS

In the unlikely event that a customer does not keep up to date with charges on their account, the account may be suspended.
In the unlikely event that a customer does not keep up communication in regards to their account, the account may be suspended.
In the unlikely event that a customer purposely uploads illegal or immoral content to their website, the account may be suspended
In the unlikely event that a customer withholds any content necessary for publication, the account may be suspended.
In the unlikely event that our staff are not treated courteously or are spoken to in an unjustified manner, the account may be suspended.

We like our customers to treat us with the same respect that we treat them, this has worked out well for everyone over the years and results in a healthy client relationship.
